How pricing works
You pay in full only for customers who pay you.
- Up to 100 customers: free.Every feature. Count paying, free and canceled customers together.
- Customers who paid you in the last 12 months: full rate.They are in every analysis: churn, retention, ICP, expansion and revenue.
- Every other customer: one-tenth.Free, never paid, or lapsed. We still track them, so you see free-to-paid conversion, the lag before they pay, and who is worth winning back.
- Internal and test accounts: free.Mark them once. They never appear in your analytics or on your bill.

Your plan follows your total customers. Everything is billed in advance, for the month ahead: the base fee the day you set up, the customer fees as soon as we have counted who paid, then both on each billing day. Prices in USD. Taxes extra where they apply.
Numbers are computed from your Stripe data, not generated by AI. AI explains them, and every figure traces back to the customers behind it.

What counts as a customer?
Any customer in your connected Stripe account, except accounts you mark internal, test or spam.
What is the free plan?
If your Stripe account has 100 or fewer customers in total (paying, free and canceled), SpawnLoop is free, with every feature. You add a card when you connect Stripe, so billing can start if you grow past 100. It is not charged while you stay on Free.
What happens when I pass 100 customers?
You move to the Starter plan: a $99 base plus $0.50 per paying customer and $0.05 per other customer. Your plan follows your total customers: Starter up to 1,000, then Basic, Pro and Growth. A new plan starts on your next billing day.
Which customers are billed in full?
Any customer who paid you at least once in the last 12 months. That includes customers on annual or quarterly plans, and customers who paid and then canceled within the year.
What happens when a customer stops paying?
They stay at the full rate for the 12 months after their last payment, then move to one-tenth. We keep tracking them so you can see who comes back.
Why do free and canceled customers cost anything?
They are still in your analysis: free-to-paid conversion, churn and win-back all depend on them. We charge one-tenth because they bring in less revenue.
Will my bill jump?
Adding a customer never lowers your bill. When your total moves you into the next plan, the bill steps up. The step is smallest when most of your customers pay: at 1,000 customers it is $50 if all of them paid and about $275 if none did.
When am I billed?
You pay in advance, for the month ahead. On the day you set up, you pay your plan's base fee, which follows your total customers. Within a day, once we have counted who paid you in the last 12 months, we bill your first month of customer fees. Nothing more is billed until your billing day: the same day each month. Then you get one invoice with the base fee and both customer fees. For example, set up on October 6 with 1,000 customers: you pay $99 that day, then about $230.00 for the first month (400 paying × $0.50 + 600 other × $0.05). On November 6 you have 440 paying and 560 other customers, so that invoice is $99 + 440 × $0.50 + 560 × $0.05 = $347.00. Base fees are not refunded or credited if your customer count later falls. Free accounts are not charged.
Choose Annual at checkout and everything is 20% off, paid in two invoices. Today you pay 12 months of base fee: $950.40 for Starter, not $1,188. Once we have counted who paid you, we bill 12 months of customer fees. With 400 paying and 600 other customers: (400 × $0.50 + 600 × $0.05) × 12 × 0.8 = $2,208.00. That is $3,158.40 for the year, against $3,948 monthly. You then get no more invoices unless your customers grow.
If your customer count grows, you pay the increase for the months left, at 20% off. If it falls, nothing is credited. After 12 months the plan renews on its own: the base fee and 12 months of customer fees, priced for your plan and counts that day.
If you grow to a bigger plan during the year, you pay the difference in base fee for the months left, at 20% off. Starter to Basic with 11 months left is ($399 − $99) × 11 × 0.8 = $2,640.00. If your count falls, your plan stays the same until the year ends. Nothing is credited back.
How do I mark internal or test accounts?
In SpawnLoop, search for the customer, open their page, choose a reason (Spam, Testing or Internal) and select Exclude from customer analytics. Excluded accounts are removed from analytics and billing from your next billing-day count.
Is there a limit on Ask AI questions?
There is no published limit. We may apply fair-use limits if usage becomes abusive, with notice.
Can my team use it?
Yes: invite as many Admins and Members as you like, on every plan including Free. No per-seat charge.

Is my data safe?
Access is read-only. SpawnLoop cannot create charges, issue refunds, or change anything in Stripe, and you can uninstall the app from Stripe at any time.
