Revenue intelligence, a mile deep.

Most companies point AI at operations. The bigger payoff is knowing, down to the penny, why revenue moves and which customers to call. That is what we build.

Why SpawnLoop exists

“I wished this existed two startups ago.”

As a CEO, I found out what moved revenue weeks after it moved: after the close, after someone rebuilt the spreadsheet, after the customer was already gone.

Every SaaS company on Stripe has the answers in its own invoices. Which customers are quietly contracting. Which segments never stay. Which product carries the quarter. Nobody puts them in front of the CEO in time to act.

Companies are pouring AI into operations: faster tickets, faster emails, faster code. Revenue intelligence is the better bet. It tells you where to point everything else.

Why a mile deep

Revenue looks simple. It isn’t.

Every edge case below is one we found in real billing data and fixed. Most tools stop at the first.

Recognition and reconciliation

  • GAAP revenue next to billed revenue, reconciled line by line.
  • A revenue bridge that adds up: MRR, usage, one-time.

Prepaid annual plans

  • A cancelled annual plan loses nothing until it stops.
  • A win-back is counted from its own start, not an earlier stretch.

Coupons and refunds

  • Discounts change the price, not the plan.
  • Refunds hit the month and the product they belong to, even for deleted customers.

Freemium to paid

  • Average lag from sign-up to first payment.
  • Whether they convert to recurring or to usage.

NRR and GRR, your way

  • By product and by vertical, every month.
  • One definition each. 1-month “MRR kept” is never called GRR.

ICP, churn and upsell

  • Which segments stay, which ones leave.
  • High usage on low MRR: the upsell list.

The penny test

Close enough is how revenue gets counted twice.

Many revenue tools, some built by finance teams, never reconcile exactly. A refunded annual invoice, a credit note and a re-issued invoice describe one dollar three times. A dashboard that adds them up reports revenue that never existed.

The cost shows up late and expensive: in due diligence, in an audit, in a restated financial report.

Reconciliation needs a control plane, not a better chart. Ours counts each dollar once, ties every figure back to its invoice lines, and checks that the parts add up to the whole. A number that doesn’t reconcile doesn’t ship.

The context layer

Stripe has the invoices. It doesn’t have the meaning.

Stripe records what was billed. A CEO needs what was earned, kept and lost. SpawnLoop adds the layer in between.

Context

Two bases, kept apart.

GAAP revenue and monthly billed cohorts are different answers. We label every number with its basis.

Semantics

One name, one definition.

Dashboard, report and Ask AI share one glossary. “Churn” always says which churn.

Evidence

Answers, not guesses.

Ask AI runs a validated query on your data and cites it. The model writes the words, never the numbers.

Where we’re going

A loop for every customer.

Agents are cheap enough to watch every account, every day. Give each one the whole story and the CEO stops guessing.

Money

Stripe revenue: MRR, usage, one-time, refunds. Live today.

Pipeline

Salesforce accounts and verticals, joined to revenue. Live today.

Support

Intercom, Freshdesk and Zendesk next: what customers say, next to what they pay.

AI finds the risks, deviations and opportunities. You spend your time on the 10 customers most likely to churn, and the 10 with the most usage revenue and the least MRR.

The gap

Every team sees a slice. No one sees the customer.

Customer Success owns tickets. Sales owns the pipeline. Finance owns the invoices. Each is right about its own slice, and none can see the whole customer.

SpawnLoop is the first time the C-suite and every team look at the same 360° picture, after the customer signs.

What we believe

Opinions, held firmly.

01

Month-end is too late.

A customer you save next month is worth more than one you explain next quarter.

02

The model writes words, never numbers.

Every figure comes from a validated query on your data. If it can’t be checked, we don’t show it.

03

Read-only, by design.

We analyze your revenue. We never touch it.
